1. Where We Ship

Stop A Drop currently ships to all 50 US states and US territories. International shipping is not yet available but is planned for a future expansion. [REVIEW — update when international shipping launches]

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

4. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $25. This applies to all US orders automatically — no promo code needed. The 3-Pack ($24.99) and Team Kit ($79.99) both qualify.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track orders through your Stop A Drop account if you created one at checkout.

6. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, high order volumes, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at getstopadrop@gmail.com.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement at no cost. [REVIEW]

8. PO Boxes & Military Addresses

We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS. Delivery times to military addresses may be longer than standard estimates. [REVIEW]
