Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify they meet our return criteria:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at getstopadrop@gmail.com. Please include photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you — no return required.
If you received the wrong product, contact us immediately. We'll arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional charge and provide a prepaid label for the incorrect item.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet shipped can be fully canceled and refunded. Once an order has shipped, it must go through the standard return process. [REVIEW]
Want to exchange for a different kit size (e.g., swap a Single Kit for a 3-Pack)? Email us and we'll arrange the exchange. You'll only pay the price difference (if any) plus applicable shipping.
